Yes, and in the Simpsons he says boo-sem-ee too, but the right pronouncation is boo-SHE-mee, like Joe Pesci.
He himself said its boo-SEM-ee in a commentary he had on a DVD that I watched.
It was for a Sopranos episode that he directed.
